Even if you don't blog, there's some sage advice for all in this post from Copyblogger: Blogging With a Learner's Mind.
 
Here’s the thing: if you want to master a new skill, you have to start somewhere. As uncomfortable as it is, you have to submit yourself to looking like a fool while you master the tool.
 
It's easy to forget I don't need to know everything in order to share what I know. It takes true humility to teach.
